About the Journal

Modern Jurisprudence (Mod. Jurisprud.) is a peer-reviewed, diamond open-access* triannual scholarly journal dedicated to advancing contemporary legal thought and interdisciplinary research. The journal provides a platform for rigorous analysis and innovative perspectives on how legal systems respond to societal, technological, economic, and political transformations. It welcomes high-quality contributions from academics, practitioners, policymakers, and emerging scholars that bridge theory and practice.
